Follow Di Arrow promoter Dexton Ennis has confirmed that there will be no clashes, but promised patrons a memorable experience when the event stages its 11th anniversary on Saturday, February 27, at James Bond Beach, St Mary. Ennis said he was hoping to successfully host a top-class event, and pointed his claim to a line-up outfitted with a slew of reggae and dancehall's finest acts.

The court date for deejay Buju Banton, who's in prison awaiting trial on drug and conspiracy charges, has been pushed back to April. It was anticipated that the trial would have started in March. According to David Markus, the attorney representing embattled Reggae singer, Buju Banton's case was re-scheduled to ensure that it continues without a break.

Mavado's Manager, Julian Jones-Griffiths, yesterday laid to rest rumours that the 'Gully Gad' was robbed in Canada on the weekend. On Sunday, reports surfaced on the Internet that Mavado was robbed at a recording studio while doing some dubs in the country.

It appears that dancehall artiste KipRich has now turned back on his decision not to clash music counterpart Merciless, or even appear on this weekend's stage show, The Settlement, set to take place at Links in St Thomas. The slick-talking deejay, born Marlon Plunkett, is now demanding $1.5 million from promoter Tommy Thompson after previous media reports had linked the deejay to a potential clash at the event.
